Rope tension can affect circulation, cause bruising, skin irritation, temporary numbness/tingling/nerve distress, and—rarely—longer-resolving nerve compression injuries. Active communication is essential. You are encouraged to speak up immediately if you feel discomfort, and tension will be adjusted or released right away. You will never be asked to push through pain silently.

Sessions may bring up grief, old memories, unexpected tears, or emotions as your body releases what it has held. You are never required to explain or justify what comes up—only to stay in communication.
