The keel session

Are you even keeled?

A keel holds a vessel true, preventing it from drifting when the water turns unpredictable. Led by a Certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner, The Keel Session applies Polyvagal nervous system principles across the upper torso, employing precise, symmetrical Shibari rope architecture across the chest, shoulders, and upper back. By meeting your body's natural pathways with steady, accredited line tension, this session creates a physical counter-structure that signals directly to an overstimulated nervous system that it is safe to stop bracing.

While larger offerings root the vessel downward, The Keel works laterally—opening the chest and ribs so breath can move freely through the lungs. Sustained line holds give tight fascial layers time to yield, releasing accumulated static and dropping shoulders away from the ears. Designed for targeted, rapid nervous system down-regulation, The Keel brings the upper vessel back into immediate alignment.

The deep mooring session

An anchor must make contact with the seafloor before it can stabilize a vessel in open water. Framed through trauma-informed somatic practice, The Deep Mooring Session targets where the human body stores its heaviest bracing—the lower torso, hips, and thighs—utilizing dense, deliberate rope wrapping combined with sustained, deep-pressure compression. Laid in unhurried, layered passes, each line settles progressively into the tissue, giving your nervous system time to register absolute safety before line tension increases.

This floor-based foundational work focuses on the root and sacral centers—the body's structural seat of stability. As lower body tension is met and systematically released under accredited somatic oversight, breath drops deep into the abdomen, allowing the lower back and pelvis to soften. The Deep Mooring creates an unbreakable physical container where your physiology stops defending itself, yields its full weight, and anchors into deep, embodied stillness.

The Heart of Calypso

A relational refit — bridging self and other through shared resonance

Named for the sea nymph who could not let go, The Heart of Calypso is a specialized relational session designed to bridge the space between self and other through shared somatic resonance. Built upon accredited, trauma-informed principles and led by a Certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner, this container uses precise torso rope architecture to act as a physical conduit between vessels—focusing entirely on the energetic flow, mutual presence, and deep emotional connection between those sharing the space.

Whether sought for relational alignment, shared energetic release, or deepening a spiritual bond, this session provides an unbreakable, highly structured container for participants to synchronize their breath and co-regulate together. The pace is slow and deliberate—less about individual physical tension release and more about the felt experience of energetic trust, held inside a space that remains strictly professional and non-sexual from start to finish.

Because relational work asks more of the room, every participant receives individual intake before rope ever connects the group. Nothing is improvised; line architecture is mapped in advance to facilitate energetic alignment, pacing is agreed upon ahead of time, and any participant retains full sovereignty to pause the session instantly without explanation. Structure, pacing, and pricing for partner or group refits are tailored to the room and available upon request.
