I created Anchor & Align to stop the "drift." I recognized that high-performing souls and busy individuals live in a state of perpetual floating—physically tense, carrying heavy emotional static on their "hull," and disconnected from their internal center due to the relentless noise and demands of the world. I built Anchor & Align as a strictly professional, clinical sanctuary to perform a Somatic Engineering Refit: using the precise geometry of Shibari rope architecture, Reiki, and deep somatic release to strip away that accumulated weight and reveal a person's inherent, unshakeable light—their Golden Essence.
